Registration Fees

Registration for IBC Floripa 2010 will open in June 1st, with a deadline for the reduced "Early Bird" registration fees of September 30th. The registration will be online via the conference web-site.

All quoted fees are in Reais, the Brazilian currency. Payment is also required in Reais.  Please click on the following link for a currency converter http://www.xe.com/ucc/

  • Transport from the "official” Downtown and Midway between downtown and UFSC hotels, at the start and end of each day (not Wednesday)

    Please note the accompanying person's programme includes attendance to The Welcome Reception, a ticket for the city bus tour (Floripa by bus) and a guide to the city.



    Terms and Conditions

       
     
    1. Delegates' fees must be paid before admission to the Conference.
     
    2. Each delegate must be registered separately.
     
    3. Payment may be made by invoice, credit card (Visa or Master) and boleto (only for payment in Brazil). Please note that payment by invoice will incur a R$170 bank fee for each invoice.
     
    4. Cancellation Policy for Registration Fee: 70% refund before 4th October; NO REFUND after 4th October 2010.
     
    5. Cancellation Policy for Accommodation and Mid-Conference Tour: 70% refund before 4th October; NO REFUND after 4th October 2010.
      6. Receipts are automatically issued electronically upon receipt of payment. If your organisation requires an invoice to process payment registration please contact the Conference Secretariat (nicolleibc@hotmail.com).
     
    7. Conference registration or hotel accommodation is not confirmed until full payment is received.
